If you have chosen to involve us in your project, you will meet a representative of Rescue My Concrete Pty Ltd (usually the Director himself) who will assess your needs and will discuss with you the potential options, implications and costing.

Straight forward advice

When dealing with our staff be prepared to hear our opinion in a frank manner and also be prepared to hear things you might have not considered. We are not about sugar-coating things (we leave that to the Bakers and the Competition). In line with our business ethics, we a) tell our customers about the challenges of a project and its potential surprises, and b) very frequently advise on solutions that put us out of business. Because we see our team as part of the community, we also strongly believe in "what goes around, comes around". We are in it for the long run and we refuse to make promises nobody can uphold. We will not use tactics to make you agree to an ad hoc deal. We will not put pressure on you to make quick decisions. We love seeing customers who get more than one Quotation.

If you are in Sales, you will find it hard to understand that we are not in Sales.

If you are not in Sales, you might love the brutal honesty and in depth understanding that you have gained after a consultation. 

In any case, we will stand by our values. 

Over and Beyond

If you have elected to award the contract to us, you will be happy to learn that we always try to exceed the expectations of our customers. You will see this during the job when surprises and complications arise and when the scope changes in any different way. Usually, we absorb associated costs and see such investments as advertising. After all, more than 90% of our business comes from direct referrals and returning customers. It is likely that you will also say that we went "Over and Beyond".  

Support

Well, to us support is important to help you achieve the best outcome for your circumstances for your project(s). However, it is at least as important to us, and we strongly believe that it is a much better measure of customer satisfaction, to support you when things go wrong. How often have you experienced or heard about that Tradies, or any provider for that matter, are somewhat hard to reach when there are issues? How often have you been told that the issue is due to factors outside the control of the provider? Well, it ain't us!

We are really proud of our conduct when it comes to existing customers! We promptly answer phone calls, emails, or any other form of contact. If customers raise issues, we are on-site within days, and we always offer solutions that are (usually) for free to the customer.

For example, some customers of design floors may raise concerns about the visual appearance of a finish. That can have a number of reasons (such as the technique of the application, the products used, but also environmental conditions). We always try our utmost to manage the expectations before an order is given (like showing samples, urging to visit the showroom, and explaining that manually applied coating systems are not machined) but if a finish does not meet expectations afterwards, we will work with the customer to always achieve full satisfaction. Even if this means that we re-do entire areas at our cost. Again, this is in line with our values and why we are picked over our competitors.

Innovative solutions

Our service includes the offering of our portfolio. We are somewhat unique in Perth as we provide technologies and products that are not yet commonly used. We are always engaged to showcase to Architects, Engineers, and other Specifiers that our solutions outperform known methods by far (and usually are more cost effective). It is common that we spend 6+ months in convincing stakeholders that our approach and solution is the best choice. Don't believe us, please ask our customers!

What we do:

High pressure water clean and seal areas; restore Limestone and reconstituted Limestone, repair and restore concrete, re-surface different substrates (concrete, timber, CFC panels, metals, plastics), install anti-slip coatings, install water-proofing membranes, install noise dampening membranes, install chemical containment coatings,  install corrosion and wear coatings, water-proof walls and slabs, high pressure inject water-proofing foams, and install on-demand coatings for marine and mining industry.

We are fully mobile and service all of Western Australia

We can mobilse to a Mine Site within two days and are fully self-contained
